Admission Procedure for:

Diploma and Certificate Programs:

To obtain direct admission in diploma and certificate level courses, please send the following documents at the address given at the end:

Completely filled Application form(can be downloaded from www.nirem.org)
Self-attested (Self-signed and dated) copy of class 12th mark sheet and certificate for Diploma programs and self-attested (Self-signed and dated) copy of class 10th mark sheet and certificate for certificate courses
Tuition fee in the form of demand draft of requisite amount. Demand draft should be drawn in favour of ‘Industry Development Society for Real Estate’ and payable at Delhi.
Two passport size photograph, one pasted on application form at the given space and another attached alongwith application form
(do not stable any photo).

Post Graduate Diploma Programs:

Selection Procedure: Candidates should submit their application for admission on the prescribed application form (which can be downloaded from this site) along with the required documents and application fee. All applications are scrutinized and eligibility established on the basis of documents submitted, following which students are selected on the basis of educational qualification and professional experience. Subsequently, offer letter for admission is sent to the selected candidates, which contains details of payment of tuition fee and process of starting the course. Application can be sent anytime of the year since NIREM follows rolling admission system. Therefore, in order for us to consider your candidacy, please send the following documents at the address given below:

Completed filled Application Form (can be downloaded from www.nirem.org)
Signed and dated copy of mark sheets & certificates of Graduation & class 10th.
Application fee of Rs. 500/- in the form of demand draft drawn in favour of ‘Industry Development Society for Real Estate’ and payable at Delhi.
Two passport size photograph, one pasted on application form at the given space and another attached alongwith application form (do not stable).
