Students are selected by an Admission Committee. Those interested in admission should submit applications on the prescribed forms along with the required documents and application fee on or before the deadline mentioned on admission application form. The application and documents should be complete in all respect. All applications for admission are scrutinized and eligibility established on the basis of documents submitted.

Students are selected by the Admission Committee on the basis of scholastic achievement, managerial & leadership qualities and written & spoken communication skills. Scholastic achievement is reflected through marks obtained in graduation, whereas other skills and qualities are assessed through resume, personal statements, recommendation letters and personal interviews. Therefore, make sure that your application form for admission along with all requisite documents, resume, personal statement, letter of recommendation and application fee reaches us before the priority deadline.

Interviews are required for admissions to all PG Diploma programs of IDS-NIREM. The institute considers interview as an integral part of assessing candidates for admission. Evaluative interviews, mostly one-to-one, are conducted by a member of the admission committee once an application is completed, submitted and reviewed by the admission officer.

Evaluative interviews are reserved for candidates whose applications have passed the initial screening phase of our admission process. Candidates who are selected for an interview will be contacted by phone or email to schedule an interview time and date. All interviews are conducted on campus and are scheduled for approximately 20 - 35 minutes. The interviewer asks questions about candidate’s education, career objective, any extra-curricular activities, work experience, if any, and his or her objective to pursue the post graduate diploma in real estate management course.
