Admission Deadline

In order to ensure that your application receives the fullest consideration, your application forms, all required documents and application fee must reach us on or before the priority deadline as mentioned on the admission application form.

However, completely filled application forms shall be received upto deadline but the applications received before priority deadline shall be considered first.

Eligibility for Admission

Indian Students:
The minimum requirement for admission in the post-graduate diploma programs at the IDS-National Institute of Real Estate Management is given below:

A bachelor’s degree from a recognized college or university. Candidates appearing in final examination are also eligible to apply.

Preference will be given to the following:

Graduates and/or Post Graduates in any branch of Engineering/Architecture.

Candidates with background in commerce, accounts, finance, economic,
mathematics and sales & marketing.

Candidates who studied Mathematics upto 12th standard or ‘A’ levels.

Applicants with professional work experience.

Few seats are reserved for candidates sponsored by their employers.

International Students:
The minimum requirements for consideration for admission to post-graduate diploma program at the IDS-National Institute of Real Estate Management for foreign students are as follows:

A bachelor’s degree from a recognized college or university.

TOEFL paper-based score of 513 or Internet-based score of 65 (minimum) or IELTS score of 5 (minimum). TOEFL/IELTS requirement may be waived of if English was the medium of instruction in undergraduate studies. However, in this case, the applicant must be fluent in both written and spoken English.

GMAT score is not mandatory but shall be preferred.

International students must have valid study visa and all legal documents to
study in India
