Indian Students:
Completely filled application form.
A one-page resume, describing major strength, weakness,
achievements and key skills.
A personal statement on, “why do you want to pursue a career in real estate”,
in about 750 words.
A letter of recommendation from supervisor in case of work experience
Duly attested copy of mark sheet and certificate of class 10th and graduation.
Application fee in the form of demand draft of rupees five hundred only (Rs. 500/-) drawn in favour of "Industry Development Society for Real Estate"
payable at NOIDA (UP).
International Applicants:
Copy of official TOEFL test report.
Copy of official GMAT test report, if appeared.
Application fee of US$ 25.00 or equivalent amount in other nc currency through demand draft drawn in favour of "Industry Development Society for Real Estate" payable at NOIDA (UP).
The applicant may also opt for wire transfer of application fee, for which they may contact the institute for further details.
PLEASE NOTE: Applications without fee will not be processed,
and there are no fee waivers).
