What is CRMS?
The CRMS Office offers programs and services designed to assist the
institute’s PG Diploma in Real Estate Management students with career
planning and job opportunities. This office is headed by a
professional career counselor, who is assisted by other counselors and
advisors. Through workshops, seminars, networking events, and career
counseling, these career counselors and advisors guide students and
provide professional support. Counselors and advisors help students
articulate their subject knowledge, key skills and talents to
potential employers and identify positions that match their skills and
ambition. The CRMS also offers Career Services, including one-on-one
counseling, seminars, mentor programs etc.
During your time at NIREM our Career & Recruitment Management Service
(CRMS) provides you with the opportunity to get involved in a range of
activities to help you explore your career plans. These will include
meetings with leading recruiters, talks by sector specialists, advice
on developing your network of contacts, application and interviewing
skills. You will meet recruiters through company presentations, career
fairs, special interest seminars and networking events organized
through both CMS and external organisations.
As soon as you join the institute you will be interviewed by one of
our industry experts/career advisors, based on which a career
assessment plan for you shall be prepared. This plan will guide all of
your activities till the completion of the course including your
attendance in class, participation in one-on-one and group activities,
industry seminars, communication & managerial workshops, soft skill
development workshops, project work, career fairs, placements etc.
