on the challenge of a post-graduate program while continuing your
current employment or education. You may opt to complete your
diploma program on a part-time basis without having to leave your
job. Courses are offered in the evenings and on weekends to
accommodate the needs and responsibilities of working
professionals.
Flexibility
Flexibility is the key to the PGD in Real Estate Management. Its
part-time course has all the challenges of any Full-time
management program. The best advantage is that students do not
have to leave their current jobs. The benefits to their career are
exactly the same. The programme manager is available before you
start and throughout your time with us to help you plan a route
through the course that suits you.
Classes will be held for four days a week, on evenings and
week-ends to offer maximum flexibility to both fresh and working
students. At time, special classes/lecturers/sessions of top
industry professionals and guest faculty may be organized on week
days due to their hectic engagements. These industry professionals
and visiting faculty are usually Chairmen, MD, Director,
President, CEO, Business Head level executives in Indian and
Foreign companies or faculty member in academic institutions of
repute.
However, number and timings of classes may be rescheduled so that
students derive maximum mileage out of each and every class room
lecture/teaching session.
