Indian Students:
The minimum requirement for admission in the post-graduate diploma
programs at the IDS-National Institute of Real Estate Management is
given below:
Preference
will be given to the following:

Graduates and/or Post Graduates in any branch of
Engineering/Architecture.

Candidates with background in commerce, accounts, finance,
economic, mathematics and sales & marketing.

Candidates who studied Mathematics upto 12th standard or ‘A’
levels.

Applicants with professional work experience.
-
Few seats are reserved for candidates sponsored by their
employers.
International Students:
The minimum requirements for consideration for admission to
post-graduate diploma program at the IDS-National Institute of Real
Estate Management for foreign students are as follows:

A bachelor’s degree from a recognized college or university.

TOEFL paper-based score of 513 or Internet-based score of 65
(minimum) or IELTS score of 5 (minimum). TOEFL/IELTS requirement
may be waived of if English was the medium of instruction in
undergraduate studies. However, in this case, the applicant must
be fluent in both written and spoken English.

GMAT score is not mandatory but shall be preferred.

International students must have valid study visa and all legal
documents to study in India
