estate industry. Among our faculty, advisors and administrators
are men and women who are re-creating the country’s skyline and
vistas around the globe, putting up new residential and commercial
buildings, developing malls & multiplexes, and planning, advising
& constructing multiplexes, hotels, industrial & institutional
buildings etc.
2. Faculty Qualifications
IDS-NIREM faculty are internationally recognized scholars,
outstanding lecturers, recognized industry professionals,
researchers, and advisors who are committed to the highest
standards of teaching and mentoring. Their educational background
is as diverse as you can think of, for example, some of them are
MS in Real Estate Development, MS in Urban Planning, MS in
Construction etc. from the USA, the UK, Singapore etc. whereas
others are ME in Civil Engineering, Masters in Finance &
Investment, Masters in Appraisal & Valuation etc and still others
are MBAs, Masters in Economics, Masters in Urban Management etc
from Indian institutions of repute.
Most important, our faculty and advisors bring real business
challenges into the classroom for you to solve. You will find many
faculty members serving as decision making/top management level
managers and consultants, usually President, Vice-President and
CEO levels, to major corporations and governments or actively
engaged in research. And, like our student population, our faculty
have diverse educational and professional background, representing
virtually every area of real estate development, marketing and
finance & investment.
