A unique feature of NIREM is its continuous interaction with industry to update existing courses and introduce innovative courses. This continuous interaction helps us develop those courses which are actually needed by the industry and the employers. Suggestions from the industry players from diverse areas such as real estate investment banks, investment advisors, housing finance companies, marketing agencies and real estate developers have led us to develop plans for several new courses that we may begin offering in 2008. Few of these programs have been listed below, under three categories, which are post-graduate programs, short-term programs and management/executive development programs. Most of these post-graduate programs will be of longer duration than that of current programs, whereas short-term and management/executive development programs will be of short duration.
