Program Duration & Structure:
Diploma in Real Estate Marketing is a three-month program, offered through a combination of class room teaching and practical training. The program is scheduled between January 20-April 20, 2011.

The three month duration is divided into three stages: In stage-I class room teaching is provided. In stage-II participants practice the knowledge gained in class room by undergoing training at real estate companies. In stage-III (a class room component), course participants revise the concepts learnt and knowledge gained through class room teaching and practical training.

The Diploma in Real Estate Marketing program is designed for those who are already working in real estate sector or intend to start their career in real estate as well as those who want to start their own property consulting and broking firm.

Eligibility: A pass in Class XIIth
