    Introduction:

    In recent years, dynamic changes occurred in the Indian economic environment that deeply affected the India real estate market. In addition to the changes in the Indian economic environment, a seismic shift was also observed in the domestic and international real estate markets in terms of capital flows, evolving financial structures, emerging sectoral opportunities, innovative and aggressive marketing policies, highly visible & effective branding strategies etc. These factors enhanced the complexity of real estate business and continue to do so. In addition, with the growing complexity of real estate business, the number of opportunities, pitfalls, and challenges also continue to rise. Therefore, in order to be successful, today’s real estate managers must have the ability to lead the organisation in an environment filled with risk and competitions.

    On the other hand, most of the individuals aspiring to join real estate or just beginning their career in real estate find that the educational background they already have is not consistent with the demands of today's real estate jobs. Equally frustrating for existing real estate professionals is that they may have been working for years in a particular job function in the property market but lack a thorough analytical understanding of the greater context in which their work takes place. Another issue for working professionals is that they do not have any option to advance their professional knowledge and hence their career.
