The Real Estate Business Project:
The highlight of our program is the real-life business project. All students undertake the project in the final stage of their programme. It’s your chance to stretch your potential across international boundaries, and is the culmination of the IDS-NIREM Method.

You apply what you’ve learned in the earlier part of the programme: you work with colleagues from different background in a pressurized situation - ideal preparation for the international business environment. As a reflection of a real working environment the project involves extensive primary research, travel across several property markets and a high level of project management and client contact.

Depending upon your concentration, your project may include real-life business issues such as market entry strategies, assessing the viability of commercial information services, brand promotion strategies, determining locations for new operations etc.

During projects, you will have the opportunity to work with multi-national real estate developers, international property advisors, real estate venture capital funds and private equities, housing finance institutions, development & planning authorities etc.
