Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy shall apply to all courses offered by NIREM Institute of Real Estate Management. NIREM offers courses through two modes: Physical dispatch of study material and Online Learning. Cancellation and refund policy for the two modes vary, as explained below.

Physical dispatch of material

If study material is sent to you in the form of printed material, the following refund policy will be applicable.

Cancellation within seven days of receiving of application or before dispatch of first set of study material, whichever is earlier:

Administrative expense of Rs. 1000 will be charged. Balance amount will be refunded within four weeks of receiving written request for cancellation.

Cancellation after seven days of receiving of application but before dispatch of first study material:

15% of the amount paid will be deducted and balance amount will be refunded within six weeks of receiving written request for cancellation.

Cancellation after dispatch of first set of study material:

No refund will be made.

Online Learning

Cancellation within one business day but before using the credentials:

Administrative expense of Rs. 1000 will be charged. Balance amount will be refunded within four weeks of receiving written request for cancellation.

Cancellation after using the credentials:

No refund will be made after using the credentials even once.

Explanation/Meaning/Definition

– Registration can also mean admission, booking etc.

– ‘Using Credentials’ means if you have logged into our learning management system even once.
